Mission & Vision

Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies mission is to develop future citizens with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others with the courage to act on their beliefs. Students engage in developing: intellectual, socially, emotionally, physically challenging skills. These will support in promoting effective communication, creative and critical thinking, productive and responsible global citizenship, and lifelong learning for themselves and the world.

 

The Students of Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies will adapt into a Global Society with skills to compete in the 21st Century and beyond. We offer creative, stimulating, and innovative experiences that offer our diverse community of learners the essential skills, knowledge, and ethical frameworks to address real-world problems. We produce graduates who value lifelong learning and achieve their personal and professional goals by effecting positive social change in their families, workplaces, communities and the global economy.
