Class of 2024 thinking about a career in the military? Did you know you have options?
IF YOU BEGIN THE APPLICATION PROCESS YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A MILITARY RECRUITER
Seniors the applicant portal is open for ROTC scholarships, start the application process early to better understand the requirements. The scholarship allows you a full college experience (degree) but you must also participate in Naval Science classes, the first two summers learning about the Navy and Marine Corps, the third summer in Officer Candidate School, and the fourth you begin your military career.
YOU CANNOT OPT OUT TO ATTEND THE MILITARY AFTER RECEIVING ANY SCHOLARSHIP SERVICES.
Qualifying applicants must:
- Score 1000 combined on the SAT, or 22 on the ACT. Navy/Nurse Option combined SAT score a minimum of 1150.
- Be a US Citizen (no exceptions)
- Meet physical qualifications
All Navy and Nurse Option Officer Interviews must be conducted by an Officer at an NROTC Unit.
Any student that expresses interest in applying to a service academy should also strongly consider applying for the NROTC Scholarship. Applying alone to the service academy is like only applying to one university. It is always better to have more options available, especially when it comes to funding education.
