Clear Absences

There are two methods to clear student absences:
 

Method 1 - Handwritten note:

Drop off a handwritten note to the Attendance Office stating specific illness or other reason for absence.
  • Include the following information:
    • Student's full name
    • Grade level
    • Advisory room
    • Birthday
    • Date of absence(s)
  • If student was absent for 5 consecutive days or more, please provide a copy of a doctor's note.
 

Method 2 - Email:

Please note, the Attendance Office will only clear absences from email addresses listed in student's emergency card.
  • Include the following information in the email message:
    • Student's full name
    • Grade level
    • Advisory room
    • Birthday
    • Date of absence(s)
  • If student was absent for 5 consecutive days or more, please attach a copy of a doctor's note.
