Overview

SOCES is a grades 4 through 12 Center for Enriched Studies magnet. We offer a wide variety of experiences to appeal to all students. While many other magnets have a specific focus, we at SOCES believe in supporting all students in their academic endeavors. .

Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies mission is to develop future citizens with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others with the courage to act on their beliefs. Students engage in developing: intellectual, socially, emotionally, physically challenging skills. These will support in promoting effective communication, creative and critical thinking, productive and responsible global citizenship, and lifelong learning for themselves and the world.
